Here are some common questions I often get asked in regard to Concierge Therapy services

In the comfort of your own home, on-site at work, or on location while traveling.

While all sessions can be tailored to fit your individual needs, the below is a general guideline for various types of sessions

Individual sessions run a minimum of 1 hour
Couples sessions run a minimum of 1.5 hours
Family sessions run a minimum of 2 hours
Group sessions run a minimum of 3 hours

This can range depending on the level of care you would like. We may meet once each week, or more intensive services include 2 to 4 sessions per week.

Yes – in fact Concierge Therapy is perfect for public figures and those who require more privacy. We meet in the privacy of your home – which means no one will see you walking in and out of therapy, no awkward run-ins with someone you may know!

At this time, I do not accept insurance for therapy services.

I specialize in helping people who are feeling stuck in their professional and personal life.  Understanding the transformation process is key to being successful and owning the present space you are in. I have extensive experience with mental health and substance use issues.  I can assist you in identifying the root cause of the lack of balance. I can then assist you in recognizing the shift into a better version of you.
